Questions we get all the time

How long does a new Shopify store build take?+

Most new builds take 3–6 weeks from signed contract to launch. Simple stores can be done in 2–3 weeks. Complex builds with custom functionality or large catalogs take 6–8 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline in the proposal — not an optimistic one.

How do you price projects?+

Fixed project prices — always. We scope carefully before quoting, so the number we give you is the number you pay. No hourly billing, no scope-creep surprises. Retainer plans are also flat monthly rates.

Can you migrate my WooCommerce store without losing SEO rankings?+

Yes — but it requires careful planning. We do a full SEO audit pre-migration, map every URL to its Shopify equivalent, set up proper 301 redirects, and monitor rankings closely post-launch. Most clients see rankings preserved or improved within 30–60 days.

Do you work with international clients (US, UK, etc.)?+

Yes — most of our clients are in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. We work fully remote and overlap with US and UK business hours where possible. Async updates via Slack or email keep things moving across time zones.

What happens after launch?+

Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support. After that, we offer monthly retainer plans for clients who want ongoing help. A lot of our clients move to retainers after their initial project — it’s the relationship we prefer.

My store is live but underperforming. Can you help?+

This is one of the most common things we work on. We start with an audit and build a prioritized list of changes. Often the issues are specific and fixable without a full redesign. We’ll tell you honestly which approach makes sense after looking at your store.
